1. Booking Deposits & Scheduling

Submitting a quote request does not secure an active slot. Slots are only locked in after our coordinators contact you and verify deposits or credit bookings.

2. Service & Warranty Terms

Warranties for PPF packages apply to film yellowing, bubbling, cracking, or lifting under standard operating conditions. High-speed track gravel damages, pressure washer lifting near edges, and physical scraping are excluded from the film warranties.

3. Vehicle Inspections

Prior to starting any protective treatments (PPF or Ceramic Coating), a paint inspection check will be logged by our technicians. Any existing paint chips, clear coat cracks, or alignment errors will be noted.
